Game 6: Penguins 2 Red Wings 1

What a nail-biter in the 3rd period. Until the 3rd, Pittsburgh was by far the superior team from the moment the puck dropped. Both of these teams have done a good job of feeding off being at home, and now the pressure is on the Wings to put it away on home ice Friday night.

That's what I'm worried about...

Are the Wings really going to come out and play like they did in Game 5 again? I'm expecting a much more confident Pittsburgh bunch, similar to the Pens we saw in Game 1 and 2. I expect Osgood to be there with big saves, but the Wings need to control the pace from the puck drop and make sure that Pittsburgh doesn't get too confident too early. This has been a great series to watch in my opinion. If you're a fan that still doesn't understand how the NHL works now, and that officials make inconsistent calls game after game, then this has been a very frustrating series to watch for you.

I'm expecting a 3-1 or 4-2ish game. And I plan on watching this one at home because the Wings have lost their last 4 playoff games that I watched out that the bar. In fact, the only win I didn't watch at home was that crazy ass 6-5 game against Columbus. It is clear that I am the sole deciding factor after all.
